About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate insights.
- Reporting: Create and present data visualizations and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strategic Planning: Use data insights to guide business strategies and decisions.
- Tool Management: Maintain and optimize business intelligence tools and systems.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
Essential Skills
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and extracting meaningful insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Leadership: Strong team management and leadership skills.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Typically, a bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, data science, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in BI tools or data analysis can be advantageous
